2. Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared from our location in Laudun-l’Ardoise, France. Our standard order processing time (the time between when you place your order and when we hand it over to the shipping carrier) is ‌1-2 business days‌ (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). This allows us time to personally check every small garden tool, as is our practice, and ensure it’s packed securely for its journey to your balcony, windowsill, or tiny plot.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We are proud to ship our handpicked, reliable small garden tools across ‌Metropolitan France and Corsica (France)‌. We currently do not offer international shipping outside of mainland France and Corsica.

We partner with trusted national carriers such as ‌La Poste/Colissimo‌ and ‌Chronopost‌ to provide reliable and trackable delivery services. The specific carrier and service level will be selected based on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

During checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options and their associated costs and estimated delivery times. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, as delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

  • Standard Shipping (Colissimo Domicile):‌ This is our most common and cost-effective option. Estimated delivery time is ‌2-4 business days‌ after the order leaves our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
  • Express Shipping (Chronopost):‌ For faster delivery, choose this option at checkout. Estimated delivery time is ‌1-2 business days‌ after dispatch. This service also includes full tracking.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout‌ based on your delivery address, the total weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your payment.

Important Note:‌ Delivery times commence once the carrier has scanned the package and do not include order processing time. Deliveries are typically made on business days. For services requiring a signature, if you are not available, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pick-up or re-delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your ‌tracking number‌ and a link to the carrier’s website where you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at nyxide@sarldelta.com with your order number for assistance.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

We strive for every delivery to be as smooth as the operation of our sturdy mini trowels. However, we understand that issues can arise.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address:‌ It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at an additional cost.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts:‌ If the carrier attempts delivery and is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to sign), they will usually leave a notice. It is then your responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions to pick up the package or schedule a redelivery. Packages unclaimed after the carrier’s holding period may be returned to us. We will contact you if this happens, and reshipment or refund will be subject to additional fees.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages:‌ If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your building’s reception. If the package remains missing, contact us within ‌7 days‌ of the marked delivery date, and we will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
  • Damaged Upon Delivery:‌ If your package appears damaged upon receipt, please ‌refuse the delivery‌ if possible and note the damage with the driver. If you accept the package, please open it in the presence of the driver (if feasible) to inspect the contents. For any damage, contact us at nyxide@sarldelta.com within ‌48 hours‌ of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all shipments within Metropolitan France and Corsica, ‌all applicable taxes (VAT) are included in the price you see at checkout‌. No additional customs duties or import taxes are required for these destinations.
