Our mission is to provide handpicked, reliable small garden tools that turn “every small balcony, windowsill and tiny plot into a cozy, thriving green paradise.” To support this, you agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended purpose: personal, non-commercial shopping for garden tools.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We are dedicated to quality, as noted in our story: “we still personally check every small garden tool before listing it.” If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition under our Refund & Returns Policy.

All prices for products listed on the Site are in Euros (€) and include French Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable but exclude shipping costs. Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal action shall be the competent courts of Nîmes, France. However, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under European Union consumer protection regulations.
